Can I not send my card?

Yes, simply select the "Do It Yourself" kit. You'll receive a ready-made metal card, instructions, and a video tutorial to transfer the chip in just 5 minutes.

What size EMV chip is required for the card to work?

We have two different sizes of EMV chips:

Small chip: 11 x 8 mm
Large chip: 13 x 12 mm

If you have a different size, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the card will work.

Can I use my metal card anywhere?

Yes, your metal card works wherever your plastic card works: in stores, online, and at ATMs that don't fully retain the card. The magnetic strip isn't activated.

What happens to my plastic card?

We'll return your original plastic card along with the new metal card. The original plastic card will no longer have the EMV chip, as it has been transferred to the metal card.

How long does it take you to engrave the paper?

As soon as we receive your card or you purchase the DIY kit, your card will be shipped the same day.

Does the Tap-to-Pay (contactless) feature still work?

Not at the moment, we are developing a card that also works contactless

Does my card work at ATMs?

Yes, it will work at ATMs that do not fully retain the card. Please note that using our metal cards at ATMs that fully retain the card violates our terms and conditions and may cause damage to the card and/or the device. We are not responsible for such damage.

What kind of design can I choose?

You can choose any design you want! From your logo to custom lettering, symbols, textures, or artistic motifs. The design will be permanently engraved on the steel.

Is the process safe? How can I be sure?

ImperiumLuxCard guarantees that the process is safe. We do not store personal data and do not share it with third parties.

How can I send my card safely?

After purchase, you will receive our address by email. Send your card to the address provided. We recommend that you temporarily block the card before shipping if possible and use a shipping service with tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Mastercard, Maestro and VISA. Payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or TWINT are also possible. With these payment methods, your package will be shipped immediately.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free. Any customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Switzerland takes 1-2 business days. For information on shipping times to other countries, please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If your country is not in our shipping list, please contact us via contact form or email.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

If the delivery time has been exceeded, please have your order number ready (you will find it in your order confirmation) and contact us by email at: imperiumluxcard@gmail.com

What is your return policy?

You have the right to return the products within 14 days.

How can I return an item?

You can only return complete, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days. Personalized products with individual engravings (e.g., name, IBAN, etc.) are excluded from the return policy. To initiate a return, please contact us.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return package is received, it will be processed by our warehouse team. The amount will be refunded as soon as possible. Please note that this process can take up to three weeks.

Great question! While our metal cards are designed for transactions, there are some considerations regarding use in ATMs and other vending machines.

Use at ATMs:

Using metal cards in ATMs or devices that require the card to be fully inserted is not recommended. The sturdiness of metal cards can cause problems in some machines, such as difficulty ejecting the card. We recommend using metal cards only in devices where a portion of the card is exposed, so it can be easily retrieved if needed.

In case of blocked card:

If your metal card gets stuck in a machine, don't worry. Just go to the branch with a valid ID and they'll help you retrieve it.
